1983 Fleer baseball cards have a great selection of cards including three hall of fame rookie cards. The big three rookie cards are of Wade Boggs, Ryne Sandberg, and Tony Gwynn. The second year card of Cal Ripken Jr. is a nice addition, but unfortunately the only set from 1983 regular cards that also contains the Julio Franco rookie card is 1983 Donruss. 1983 Topps Traded cards also contain his rookie along with an xrc of Darryl Strawberry. 1983 Fleer baseball complete sets consist of 660 cards, and also contain a Nolan Ryan card. These offer a great time when opening boxes because there are 540 cards per box, and with three big rookie cards, you most likely will get some if not all of the good cards, and possibly more than one in each box.
